By submitting photos, videos, images, comments, captions, or other content (“Content”) to Bowtech Archery (“Bowtech”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to submit Content.

2. Ownership of Content

You represent and warrant that:

• You are the creator and owner of the Content, or otherwise have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it.
• The Content does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.
• Any individuals appearing in the Content have provided any necessary permissions for their likeness to be used.

3. License Grant

By submitting Content, you grant Bowtech Archery, its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, dealers, distributors, and marketing partners a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

• Use
• Reproduce
• Modify
• Edit
• Publish
• Display
• Distribute
• Create derivative works from

The Content in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to:

• Social media
• Websites
• Email marketing
• Digital advertising
• Print advertising
• Catalogs
• Product packaging
• Trade show displays
• Dealer marketing materials
• Video productions

4. No Compensation

Submission of Content is voluntary. Unless specifically stated in a separate promotion or contest, you understand and agree that you will not receive compensation, royalties, or other payment for Bowtech’s use of the Content.

5. Content Standards

You agree not to submit Content that:

• Is false, misleading, or deceptive.
• Is offensive, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or unlawful.
• Depicts unsafe, illegal, or unethical behavior.
• Violates any hunting, archery, firearm, wildlife, or other applicable laws and regulations.
• Infringes on the rights of any third party.

Bowtech reserves the right to reject or remove any Content at its sole discretion.

6. Release of Claims

You release and discharge Bowtech Archery and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, dealers, and representatives from any claims arising from the use of the submitted Content, including claims related to privacy, publicity, copyright, or compensation.

7. No Obligation to Use Content

Submission of Content does not guarantee that Bowtech will publish, feature, or otherwise use the Content.

8. Modification and Editing

Bowtech may edit, crop, resize, add graphics, modify captions, or otherwise alter submitted Content for marketing or promotional purposes while preserving its overall intent.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bowtech Archery from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your submission of Content.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with this submission will be handled in accordance with Bowtech’s Privacy Policy.

11. Acceptance

By submitting Content, checking the acceptance box, using the designated campaign hashtag, or responding affirmatively to a request from Bowtech to use your Content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
