Lighter bows can be great for mobility while adding weight or dampeners can virtually eliminate vibration.
Compound bows have an adjustable draw length range and should be set to fit your unique body size and shape.
Max draw weights can typically be reduced by 10lbs. This provides comfortable draw cycles for everyone while maximizing energy.
Today’s average bow speeds offer more forgiveness on the shot than ever. Faster bows can deliver more downrange energy.
Longer bows can increase stability while shorter bows can be better suited for maneuverability and tight spaces.
A longer brace height can offer more forgiveness on the shot while a shorter brace height can make a fast bow even faster.

Just got back last week from a trip to South Africa with Nick Bowker Hunting and Bowker Safari's. What an amazing experience. These guys said we are not setup for bow hunters we are used to long range shooters, this is open range, no blinds, no controlled water, no food put out, no high fence, 100% spot and stalk - you better have a great bow. Long story short, Sable, Red Lechwe and Warthog in the bag. Would have done more but had reached my budget. They changed their tune and said - if people can come with that bow and shoot 60 yards constantly, then I guess we are a place for bow hunters looking for a real spot and stalk.
Thanks again to the Eugene BowTech shop for always getting me setup perfectly for the hunt. Cannot wait for elk season and put this RevoltX80 through the paces again.
P.S. I think Meyrick Bowker my PH might be calling to find out where he can upgrade his bow. He has an 10 year old Bowtech but after seeing what my poor skills could pull off with a nice bow I think he is ready to upgrade. Especially after he saw I shot better with your bow then with a rifle.
I was worried I impulsively bought this just because it was 80lbs and worried I would have buyers remorse after all I have the 70 lbs version I love so what’s another 10lbs.
Dang what a nice jump. I do warn you, you might ruin some arrows if your not prepared for this beast. I put on my 567gain 4mm FMJ and cranked out 285fps, and almost had a pass through on my new chunk block target which stops arrows just fine in the past. I’ll need to reflect the details arrow and get my rhino out.
Got out my lighting rod Gold Tips 420 gains blazing out at 330 FPS.
I’m going to have trouble sleeping tonight as I try and decide between speed and bone crushing power, maybe something in between, either way this bow is going to rock a bulls world in 2022.
Thanks to Aiden (hope I got that right, I’m bad with names) and the Euegene team, you guys are always great and worth the two hour drive.
