What do I have to do to redeem my free bow?
You must register your bow at the time of purchase. If purchased through an authorized dealer, they will register the bow for you and facilitate the free bow. If purchased online or elsewhere, please register your bow online using promo code: FAMILY. You will get two emails, one confirming your registration and a second with redemption instructions.
Do I have to purchase through a Dealer?
No, you can purchase wherever the participating crossbow and bow models are sold. However, Bowtech bows are only available through authorized Bowtech dealers. Please visit our dealer locator to find a Bowtech dealer near you.
How will I know if my bow was registered for the promo?
You will get an email confirming your bow was registered. If you registered a promo-qualified bow model with the promo code: FAMILY you will receive a second email with redemption instructions.
What do I do to redeem my free bow if my dealer doesn’t have it in stock?
After your dealer registers the bow for you, they will need to order it from the factory. The current lead time is 7 to 10 days.
What do I do if I purchased my bow from a dealer that couldn’t help me register the bow?
If you purchased your bow from a dealer that doesn’t have a pro shop or staff to help register your bow at the time of purchase then follow the same instructions above as though you purchased your bow online.
