Lighter bows can be great for mobility while adding weight or dampeners can virtually eliminate vibration.
Compound bows have an adjustable draw length range and should be set to fit your unique body size and shape.
Max draw weights can typically be reduced by 10lbs. This provides comfortable draw cycles for everyone while maximizing energy.
Today’s average bow speeds offer more forgiveness on the shot than ever. Faster bows can deliver more downrange energy.
Longer bows can increase stability while shorter bows can be better suited for maneuverability and tight spaces.
A longer brace height can offer more forgiveness on the shot while a shorter brace height can make a fast bow even faster.

When we got COVID stimulus my wife told me to buy a new bow. I am 42 years old and this is the first brand new bow I have ever had. Got it set up shooting 616 and 712 TAW Sirius Archery Vulcans out of it. Lightweight shoots amazingly and is so easy to tune. September 18, 2021, I took my very first black bear with it. Full Frontal shot that almost completely passed through watched her die insight. BEST BOW I HAVE EVER SHOT. As a US Marine, I have lived by good equipment equals good results. With the Zion Great Equipment equals OUTSTANDING results.
I have had this bow for a couple of months now and could not be more impressed. Very smooth draw and the solid back wall is great.
Easy to carry on those deep public land dives shoots great.
It was time to replace my 06 Tomkat. It's still worthy but I knew there where upgrades since I bought it.
The Zion is as much bow now as my ol trusty tomkat was then. Nice and light, draws as smooth as butter.
I did replace the octane sight with a CBE and the whisker biscut is a cheap plastic piece. Those two things are what made the bow Almost perfect.
I've had this bow since late December/early Jan. It's a nice bow for the money. I'm runnin 295Gr Piercers through it and I'm averaging 270 FPS. Only qualm I've had with is so far is the draw stopper came loose slightly and was rattling like an angry bear in a cage. Retightened it and added some lock tight, no more rattling. If you experience the same problem then make sure you have the proper draw length (and have no desire to change it) before applying the lock tight. Other than that, taking it out for turkey this weekend. Gonna poke em with a pointy stick.
