PAIGE PEARCE SETS A NEW RECORD

We are thrilled to announce the incredible achievement of World Champion archer Paige Pearce. Pearce has set a new national record at the 54th USA Indoor nationals in Sacramento, CA, with an impressive score of 1190.

Pearce, a world-champion archer, has been a member of the Bowtech family for several years. Her dedication to the sport and passion for excellence has been evident in her numerous achievements. She has won several national competitions and has set many records.

At the 54th USA Indoor nationals, Pearce proved her mettle once again by setting a new national record with an unbeatable score of 1190. This achievement is a testament to her hard work, commitment, and unwavering passion for archery.

Paige Pearce, the world-renowned archer and world champion, has once again made history by breaking her own Indoor National Archery Record with a score of 1190, beating her previous record of 1188.

KYLE DOUGLAS JOINS TEAM BOWTECH!

The best joins the best! Bowtech Archery proudly announces that World Champion Kyle Douglas has joined the Team Bowtech Factory Staff for 2023. Regarded as one of the most talented competitive archers in the world, Kyle’s victories both in the indoor arenas, as well as on the outdoor courses, are well known. Kyle joins an already dominant force of competitive archers: Paige Pearce and Tim Gillingham. They are two of the most winningest archers in history as well.

TIM GILLINGHAM WINS IN REDDING

When Tim Gillingham hits any outdoor archery course, his competitors know they need to be top of their game. This past weekend, Tim showed why. Bowtech is proud to announce that Tim is the 2022 Champion in the Senior Male Championship division in the 2022 NFAA Marked 3D National Championships. 2 Days in, Tim was solidly out front, but the rest were nipping at his heels. On day 3, Tim knew he needed to have his mental game on point, and he did just that. When the competitors left an opening to extend his lead, Tim slammed the door to take his first win in Redding.

After the tournament, Pearce shared: “Tournaments like the NFAA Marked Distance Nationals require a bow setup that is very precise and reliable. My Reckoning 38 was a big part of my success in the last three years and my first win this weekend in Redding CA this weekend. Deadlock is Dead On!

“I was fortunate to watch Tim on the course and see his focus firsthand,” said Todd Snader, Bowtech Brand and Shooting Staff Manager. “He’s constantly evaluating what he did on the shot and readjusting when needed to ensure he’s staying on top. Then, he’s more than willing to teach others what he does, also to make them better. Tim is a true example of what the sport archery should be. Archers helping archers.”

Tim’s schedule takes him next to the IBO National Triple Crown 1st leg in Pipestem, WV. Then, he’s on to the USAT Gator Cup in Newberry, FL. We look forward to sharing more from Tim in 2022

PAIGE PEARCE CROWNED 3D CHAMPION

May 5th marked the start of the 2022 NFAA Marked 3D National Championship in Redding, CA. Bowtech is proud to announce that Pro Shooter Paige Pearce is the 2022 Champion in the Female Championship division. Day 1 and 2, Paige was in a tight battle with her fellow pros, all within 1 point of each other. On day 3, Paige shot lights out with a perfect 440. To top off the victory, she also set the official record of 1535. As Paige’s streak continues, this is her 9th appearance on the podium in 2022.

After the tournament, Pearce shared: “I’m so happy to be back on top of the podium at The Western Classic Trail Shoot! This event is three days long, and has targets from 3-101 yards that are uphill, downhill, and sidehill! On top of that, there were challenging winds, a little rain, and always the struggle of your sight tape being consistent on all three days! I was able to shoot strong scores each day, only dropping 5 points total for the entire weekend! My 1535 broke the old record by two points, and I’m still in shock that I was able to post that score! Even shooting a new Reckoning 38 for the weekend, it worked flawlessly with my shot style and gave me the forgiveness I needed to come out on top!”

“During the tournament, I followed Paige on the course. It was awesome to see her perform and her fun-loving attitude throughout,” said Todd Snader, Bowtech Brand and Shooting Staff Manager. “This shows that pros like her are the foundation to keep the sport of competitive archery fun, all while being one of the top archers in the world.” Next up for Paige is the USA FITA Field Nationals and World Team Trials, then the World Cup event in Korea. PAIGE PEARCE WINS ARIZONA CUP 3^rd YEAR IN-A-ROW

Bowtech Pro Shooter has started off the 2022 season dominating podiums, and she has done it again! Bowtech Archery is proud to announce that she once again brought home the Gold at the USAT Arizona Cup. This win also marked another outstanding feat, taking the top spot 3 years in a row on the podium! Paige is self admittingly at home in the outdoor tournaments, no matter the style of shooting. In 2022, she is doing it again whether it be 3D or FITA, she’s hard to beat.

Right after being handed the Gold Medal, Paige Pearce shared: “After solid matches to get into the gold medal final, it all came down to one final closest to center shoot-off arrow for the win! It’s incredibly nerve-racking when the weight of the entire tournament all falls on one final arrow! I was able to shoot a 10 just barely closer to clinch the win for the third year in a row! Thank goodness my Reckoning 38 is forgiving when I’m nervous because I needed that confidence in the final match!”

“Just last weekend, Paige brought home a victory in the ASA, then flew home for just a couple of days. Just a day before the scoring shooting started, she went straight to Arizona. It’s amazing to see Paige perform without missing a beat.” said Todd Snader, Bowtech Brand and Shooting Staff Manager. Next up for Paige is the NFAA Break The Barriers event, April 9-10^th in Friant, CA. Then, on to the 3 legs of the 2022 ASA Pro-Am at Camp Minden.

TIM GILLINGHAM GOES 2 IN-A-ROW IN USAT

Tim Gillingham not only puts the hammer down in 3D, but he also shows who’s boss in FITA style shooting. This weekend at the USAT Arizona Cup, Tim took the Gold Medal in the Masters Class for the 2^nd year in a row! FITA style shooting not only tests archer’s skills but also their ability to play the wind, often a make-or-break factor. Tim’s often ridiculed “shoot-on-command” style shooting is perfectly at home here and his titles after titles prove it. Tim’s a beast indoors and out and there’s more to come in 2022.

After sealing the deal on the victory, Tim Gillingham shared: “More and more Bowtech bows are showing up at the premiere events in archery. The podium is hard to achieve and there’s nothing like having my Reckoning 38 to get me to the top!”

“Tim literally just won his 2^nd ASA tournament and flew straight to this USAT event to do it again. It’s amazing how Tim continues to stay in top form with an otherwise exhausting schedule.” said Todd Snader, Brand and Shooting Staff Manager. “Tim makes us proud everywhere he goes and in everything he does for the sport. We’re excited to see what he does next!”

PAIGE PEARCE WINS 2 IN-A-ROW

Hot off a major victory at the ASA event in Foley, Bowtech Pro Shooter Paige Pearce was looking to do it again. Bowtech is proud to share she did just that! Paige hit the course and was gunning for the 12-ring and ended day 1 in the first place by 12 points. On day 2 she didn’t let off and opened up her lead to win by 16 points in the Women’s Known 50 division. With this win, Paige once again showed she is a force to be reckoned with in the ASA, by also breaking the female score record on day 2.

After her stellar performance, Paige Pearce shared: “This weekend I shot insanely well with 16 up the first day and 34 up the second day! Apparently, 34 up is a record in the women’s division, and I was super excited to be able to break records after my second ASA event! There’s no way I could have scored that well if my Reckoning 38 hadn’t been so forgiving! It’s all about finding the forgiveness in your setup to perform under pressure, and thankfully I found that in this bow!”

“The Women’s Known 50 class has some tough competitors, and it’s growing significantly. Paige has been instrumental in getting this class where it is today, all while showing how hard work pays off.” said Todd Snader, Bowtech Brand and Shooting Staff Manager. “Knowing that level of hard work she puts in, ensuring she is competing at the highest level, it is no surprise she ended where she did. Congratulations to Paige, a true ambassador in the sport.”

Paige is next headed to the USAT Arizona Cup. There she is looking to defend her 2021 title and make it 3 in a row for 2022.

TIM GILLINGHAM WINS BACK-TO-BACK

Once again Bowtech Pro Shooter Tim Gillingham took the top spot on the podium! Bowtech Archery is excited to share that Tim Gillingham took his 2^nd title on the 2022 ASA tournament trail by winning the Men’s Senior Pro division in Russell County, AL. This victory is 2 in-a-row for Tim, who is always in his element shooting 3-D events. Going into his final shot, Tim set his sight on the 14-ring and put the hammer stamp on another pro shoot-down victory.

After the victory, Tim Gillingham shared: “ I had to make some point weight adjustments on Saturday night and the simplicity of the Deadlock cam’s tuning made it quick work to get everything dialed back in and hammering. These Bowtech bows make the equipment side of being a top-level professional archer easy!”

“I followed Tim’s progress all weekend long. After his first day, his peer group consisted of some fellow pros with a lot of victories under their belt,” said Todd Snader, Brand and Shooting Staff Manager. “That didn’t sway Tim though, ending the day 9 points up. On day 2, I was in awe as that lead opened up and he didn’t look back. Congratulations to Tim on another well-deserved win.”

Next up for Tim, the USAT Arizona Cup where he looks to add another notch to his belt in 2022.
