Why is Bowtech relocating?
The move allows us to invest in our future by operating from a facility designed to support long-term growth, innovation, and manufacturing efficiency while continuing to serve our dealers and customers.
Is Bowtech leaving Oregon completely?
Our operations are transitioning to Houston as part of this relocation. Although Bowtech will have an authorized dealer, The Bow Rack in Springfield, as well as support for the local Cascadian Archery club. We’re incredibly grateful for the support we’ve received from Eugene and the Oregon archery community over the past 25+ years.
Will this affect product quality
No. Quality remains our highest priority. Our engineering standards, manufacturing processes, and commitment to building industry-leading bows remain unchanged.
Will my warranty still be honored?
Absolutely. All existing warranties remain fully in effect, and our customer service team is here to support you just as we always have.
Will service or repairs be interrupted?
Our goal is to minimize any disruption throughout the transition. If there are any temporary delays, we will communicate them proactively.
Will dealer support change?
No. Dealers will continue to receive the same support, products, warranty service, and sales assistance they expect from Bowtech.
Is customer service changing?
No. Customers can continue to contact Bowtech through the same phone numbers, email addresses, and website.
Will parts still be available?
Yes. We expect normal availability of replacement parts and accessories throughout the transition.
Are products still being built?
Yes. Product production will continue throughout the transition, and we are working carefully to maintain normal operations. Although there may be some slight delays
Are Bowtech products changing because of the move?
No. The relocation does not change our commitment to designing and building high-performance bows and accessories.
